ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVISES
​At NDC Groups, we work only with experienced, renowned architects, so our clients have peace of mind knowing they are in excellent hands. We provide the architect chosen with the client’s wish list and the preliminary design that we have created in collaboration with our client. Using this information, the architect will draft one or two preliminary drawings for the customer’s review. The client will select one of these drawings and the plan will be further refined to create the final drawing. After the final plan is reviewed by our structural engineer, it will be submitted to the building department for a building permit.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
NDC Groups offer a complete turn-key service for our clients, making the construction process as stress-free as possible for them. We, along with our seasoned trades people can handle all aspects of the process, from initial demolition through to move-in. And along the way, our professionals are prepared to make any changes to suit customer requests.

POST CLOSE OUT /MOVE IN FOLLOW UPS
For our customers’ convenience, NDC GROUPS offers comprehensive move-in services, including selection of appliances and interior and exterior maintenance.
Based on our experience, we know that our responsibility to our clients doesn’t end with move-in. Two years following a new construction project, we suggest that one of our experienced technicians visit our clients’ home to review any concerns or comments.
We can also service clients’ requirements, from landscaping to pool design and maintenance, with our experienced trade professionals.
