We begin our services with free first time consultation to review and discuss with our clients, so we can get to know them better. Together, we determine their wish list for their custom home, and their plans for the future. Based on what we learn at this initial meeting, we will create an initial sketch plan and then review it with our client.
The feedback clients provide to us at this review meeting assists us in developing a general concept and setting a budget. This information, including the client’s wish list, will be provided to our architect to continue the process of creating their custom home.
We offer a complete turn-key service for our clients, making the construction process as stress-free as possible for them. We, along with our seasoned trades people, handle all aspects of the process, from initial demolition through to move-in. And along the way, our professionals are prepared to make any changes to suit customer requests.
